AN ORDINANCE FOR THE SUBSTITUTION OF NOTICES AND ADVERTISEMENTS UNDER THE ORDINANCE No. 3 or 1846, ENTI TLED, AN ORDINANCE FOR THE RELIEF OF INSOLVENT DEBTORS "WITHIN THE COLONY OF HONGKONG."
